Effective Date: [September 16, 2026]

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corinth Water District website located at corinthwaterdistrictil.gov (the "Site"), operated by the Corinth Water District ("District," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of This Site

This Site is provided as a public information resource about the District's water utility services, including general account information, board meeting agendas and minutes, service forms, boil order and outage notices, and online bill payment access. Nothing on this Site is intended to replace your official account records or direct communication with District staff.

2. No Warranty; Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this Site current and accurate, but the District makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including account balances, notices, forms, or meeting materials. In the event of any conflict between information presented on this Site and the District's official records, the District's official records control. This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Emergencies and Service Notices

Boil orders, outage notices, and similar announcements posted on this Site are provided for general informational convenience only and do not replace official notifications from the District. If you suspect a water leak or emergency, please call our leak-reporting line at (618) 922-1177 rather than relying solely on this website.

4. Online Bill Payment

Online bill payment is provided through CourtMoney, an independent third-party payment processor. Your use of CourtMoney's payment platform is governed by CourtMoney's own terms of use and privacy policy, not by these Terms. The District is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of CourtMoney's platform, and is not liable for any error, delay, or issue that occurs during a transaction processed through CourtMoney.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
