Water turn on for: New Customers

If you are a renter:

All renters will need to fill out paperwork for water service

We require a copy of the lease agreement. Copy of current drivers license and a deposit of $200.00 and a transfer fee of $50.00.

We accept Check, Money Orders, and Credit Card for payment options. There is a processing fee for Credit Card payment of 3.5%

Once applications is complete and deposit is made then water service will be turned on to that property within 24 hour or with prior notification of specific date.

If you are a Homeowner:

All new Homeowners moving into the district will need to fill out paperwork for water service.

We require a copy of the Warranty deed to the purchased property, copy of current drivers license and a deposit of $200.00 and transfer fee of $50.00.

Water turned off for nonpayment

Water will be restored when the Entire balance of both past due and current amounts are paid plus the following shutoff service fees.

$100.00 nonpayment fee will be applied when services have been shut off.

Water turned off:

If you are a renter

Pay any outstanding water bills that your deposit will not cover. Must contact the office with the shut off date for the service address.

Provide a forward address.(Required)

Paperwork is process and water is turned off within 24 hours or with prior notification of specific date.

Any remaining deposit will be mailed to you.

If you are a homeowner:

New Service Meter Tap

If you are the property or homeowner moving into the district, you will need to fill out paperwork for water service.

We accept Check, Money Orders, and Credit Card for payment options. There is a processing fee for Credit Card payment of 3.5%

Once applications is complete and deposit is made then water service will be installed within four weeks of date of application.
